Only do follow links can help you for getting high ranking in Google. Most the blogs comments posting and social bookmarking website do not provide do follow links.

This is a very nice article but, you should include more ways of searching blogs and forums in one’s niche. Like I found a way of searching forums: “keyword”+phpbb, “keyword”+vbulletin, “keyword”+wordpress,”keyword”,etc.

Hi, Yes I know a bunch of tricks and I’ll implement them in a SEO tool which I’ve started building recently. If I manage to succeed, this tool will allow you to automatically check NoFollow, External and other link protections from a list of blogs belonging in your targeted niche/keyword.

As I said this project will take some time to finish but it will be worth it! I’ll be more than happy to share access to it when I’m done.

“your keyword”+comments” is really good command to find blogs.
Have you got any tips to find “do-follow” blogs through Google ?

I have been trying to comment as much as possible in blogs in my niche. The only problem that I am running into is the comment area is usually a no follow.

I do quite a lot of blog commenting . but I find a lot of the forums for my niche are quite picky about links as it’s competition for them!

Blog commenting is very useful tips. But if commenting on those “nofollow” blog, is it the backlink on the comment helps in SERPS too?

Yes in general a link is a link. The nofollow is not going to give you any SEO link juice, but still topical relativity and visitor traffic is of great importance! You can check if the links are "nofollowed" or not if check the code generated. Venetsian.
